- Identify your own personal assumptions and beliefs about conflict.
- Understand the sources of interpersonal workplace conflict.
- Identify options for the Supervisor/Manager as third-party intervener in workplace conflict situations.
- Gain knowledge of anger and resistance and its impact on resolving conflict.
- Identify critical communication skills for intervening in conflict and develop abilities in applying these skills.
- Effectively apply tools, processes and techniques to address common conflict situations.
- Develop a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities of Supervisors/Managers in workplace conflict and organizational processes and supports available.
